The entrepreneurial studies minor covers the theoretical and practical considerations involved in establishing a new business organization. The program provides general knowledge in all functional areas of business: accounting, finance, management, and marketing. Additionally, it covers a wide range of specific topics including: innovation, business plan development, financing operations, personnel management, opportunity recognition, resource requirement planning and projections, growth management, and entrepreneurial success strategies.
