As current Criminal Justice students and future practitioners, it is vital to examine and understand how constitutional law has procedurally guided the manner in which criminal laws are applied. Many important issues are reviewed, such as confessions (Miranda Warnings), searches and seizures, warrantless arrests, line-ups, and the use of force.
