PEPC 211 - Aerobic Activities This course is an introduction to aerobic dance including choreography, music, rhythm, hip-hop, kickboxing, muscle awareness, and overall mental awareness. Yoga postures and static stretching will be done for final relaxation. This course will provide a sound foundation for lifelong fitness in aerobics.
