CRIM 360 - Gender, Race, and Crime This course examines how gender, race, and class affect criminal laws and criminal justice policies and practices. Students consider the position of females and racial minorities from the perspectives of victims, offenders, and criminal justice practitioners. Topics include racial profiling, sentencing disparities, hate crime legislation, zero-tolerance policies, the war on drugs, and intimate partner violence.
