Program Description
The interdisciplinary Legal Studies minor is designed to prepare students for success in law school by fostering essential skills in critical thinking, analysis, and effective communication. Through a diverse curriculum, students explore the foundations of law and justice, examining how legal principles intersect with societal issues. The program emphasizes the development of strong analytical abilities, enabling students to dissect complex legal arguments and formulate persuasive responses. By engaging with historical and contemporary legal issues, students gain a comprehensive perspective that equips them for the rigorous demands of law school.
