Students are required to choose from a range of qualifying experiences during their third and fourth years (after completing their 300-level Wellness and Physical Literacy course) that allow them to further explore and develop personal wellness practices and physical literacy. Students engage in activities in three types of wellness: physical, mental, and meaning and purpose. Wellness Passport requires completion of 8 stamps for physical wellness, 8 stamps for mental wellness, and 8 stamps for meaning and purpose wellness. Qualifying activities are identified for students in Springfield College’s internal portal, PrideNET.
