Program Description
The nutritional sciences minor is designed for students who are planning for graduate study in the areas of nutrition to either 1) earn the Registered Dietitian credential or 2) pursue a career in nutrition research. The nutrition minor may also be chosen by students working toward an undergraduate degree in the basic or health sciences that are interested in developing a broad base of nutrition knowledge to supplement their primary career choice.
