Economics Minor

The general objectives of the Economics Minor are to provide students with the specific skills necessary to understand a wide range of social and economic questions and with the economic tools that may help to address them.

ECON 200 - Principles of Macroeconomics Credits: 3
ECON 205 - Principles of Microeconomics Credits: 3
ECON 301 - Managerial Economics I Credits: 3
ECON 302 - Managerial Economics II Credits: 3

Select two of the following courses (6 credits):

BUSM 341 - Business Field Experience Credits: 3-6
Use of BUSM 341, Field Experience as one of the above selectives requires prior approval of the department chair in consultation with the internship director and/or the student’s advisor. The internship must be in an area directly related to economics.
