OCTH 510 - Functional Human Anatomy Students examine the neuromusculoskeletal system within the context of human movement and performance through lecture, clinical synthesis, and laboratory experiences. Students develop a working knowledge of selected structures and their functions through faculty-led instruction, hands-on movement activities, clinical assessment skill development, the use of online programs and apps, interaction with human donors in the lab, and peer-led discussions of clinical diseases and conditions. Credits: 3
Prerequisites: BIOL 130 - Anatomy and Physiology Concepts I , BIOL 131 - Anatomy and Physiology Concepts II , BIOL 132 - Anatomy and Physiology Concepts I Lab , BIOL 133 - Anatomy and Physiology Concepts II Lab , and another science (physics or chemistry), or their equivalents Corequisites: OCTH 511 - Functional Human Anatomy Lab Registration Restrictions: Restricted to Occupational Therapy majors
