PSYC 345 - Adolescent and Young Adult Development Designed for students in psychology, this course reviews individual differences in adolescent growth and development. This emphasis is on development from early adolescence through emerging adulthood. Major theories of development are reviewed. Physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and language development sequences are emphasized. Although the course emphasizes normative development, we also discuss risks and problems of adolescence and young adulthood. Credits: 3
Prerequisites: PSYC 101 - Introduction to Psychology
