CRIM 270 - Constitutional Law This course examines the historical concept of federalism. Students compare federal and state judiciary and review the concept of stare decisis. Most of the constitutional guarantees afforded suspects will be reviewed, including but not limited to, the right to confront witnesses, the privilege against self-incrimination, the right to be free from illegal search and seizure, double jeopardy protection and the right to a speedy public trial.
