EDUC 420 - Basic Management Skills for Early Childhood Education

This introductory course in basic ECE program administration and management provides participants a knowledge base that helps them navigate the increasing complexity of the administrative demands in providing early childhood education services. Participants learn skills that will assist with developing and managing care and education centers for young children. Participants also investigate the close relationship between effective leadership, dynamic staff supervision, and essential management practices.
