HUSB 280 - Database Management The principles of computing, database management and applications generation are introduced. The course investigates the concepts and techniques underlying systems and assesses some of the features to look for in good software. Standardization and organization of information are explained in the context of developing a data dictionary based on fields, records and files comprising a database. Students design and program a custom report through the use of an associated report-generator known as FORMS.
