DRAM 150* - Creative Dramatics and Improvisation Creative drama is a non-competitive group experience based on theatre games,
exercises, and improvisational techniques that enable the teacher and students
to explore together their five senses, imaginative powers, self-concept, interpersonal
relationships, and view of the world. Students learn theatrical techniques and
methods of guiding and nurturing groups in classroom or rehearsal settings as
teachers or directors. Classes include group work in storytelling and readings
in theory and practice of creative dramatics.
