Addendum

Springfield College uses an Addendum section of the catalog to highlight all changes made after the initial publication date.  Below are the approved changes made to the catalog after the initial publication date in chronological order.

Version 2 Changes (October 2022)

• SMRT 110 - Introduction to Esports and Gaming  has been added as a new course offering in the Course Descriptions  section.

Version 3 Changes (November 2022)

• MSSW 649 - Social Work Practice with Children and Adolescents  has been added as a new course offering in the Course Descriptions  section.
• The Wellness Passport requirement has been modified to require 8 stamps of physical wellness, 8 stamps of mental wellness, and 8 stamps of meaning and purpose wellness in the Core Curriculum Requirements (40 credits)  section.

Version 4 Changes (February 2023)

• FREN 103 - Cultures of France and Francophone World  has been added as an option to fulfill the Global subcategory of the Creativity Themed Exploration in the Core Curriculum Requirements (40 credits) ​ section. 
• HLTH 101 - Physical Health and Wellness , HLTH 320 - Death and Dying, Life and Living , HLTH 525 - Human Disease and Health Literacy , and HLTH 640 - Techniques of Applied Nutrition  have been added as an options to fulfill the Selective subcategory of the Health and Wellness in Society Themed Exploration in the Core Curriculum Requirements (40 credits) ​ section. 
• HLTH 510 - Race, Ethnicity, Class and Gender , HLTH 515 - Hunger and Food Insecurity , HLTH 520 - Rural and Urban Health , and HLTH 530 - Women’s Health Issues  have been added as an options to fulfill the Selective subcategory of the Social Justice Themed Exploration in the Core Curriculum Requirements (40 credits) ​ section. 
• HIST 360 - Early American Thought and Culture  and MOST 328 - Psychology of Sport  have been added as an options to fulfill the Writing Across the Curriculum domain in the Core Curriculum Requirements (40 credits)  section.
