Program Description
The minor in Communications is designed for those students who wish to pursue an emphasis on writing and communication to complement a major in another area. Students who pursue this course of study will develop their understanding of how theories of communication and rhetoric inform the way modern society communicates. Additionally, through crafting writing that applies learned theory in a variety of genres and contexts, this minor will prepare students for professional communication in various post-graduation settings.
