The Business Management major prepares the student for a leadership position in a business organization. Coursework is designed to give students the skills and knowledge necessary to strategically manage an organization. Required courses in the functional areas of business provide students with a solid foundation of business concepts. In addition to core business courses in the areas of management, marketing, finance, and accounting, students have the ability to select electives to reflect specific career interests. The versatility of business management major with respect to career opportunities makes it one of the most popular majors in the country.
