Graduates of the Health Care Management major at Springfield College will be prepared to take on leadership roles in one of the fastest-growing industries. Students take introductory foundation courses in the functional areas of business: accounting, finance, management and marketing. Many upper-level courses are specific to the health field. Students who graduate pursue careers in a variety of healthcare settings which include; hospitals, home health care agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and health facilities.
