The MBA requires a minimum of 30 semester hours of graduate credit. Coursework will culminate a master of business administration degree with a concentration in nonprofit management. All students will enroll in the eight core courses, and in addition, students are required to complete two courses in their concentration area. The MBA at Springfield College is designed so that students may reasonably complete the degree requirements in one year. Alternatively, students may elect to complete courses at his/her own pace on a part-time basis.

Undergraduate prerequisites include; the principles of accounting, microeconomics, principles of marketing, principles of managemen, and principles of finance. A comprehensive prep course may be substituted for the prerequisites.
