AEXS 380 - Foundations of Training for Health and Performance This course is designed to provide students with the foundational information associated with program design and training considerations for healthy populations in personal training and sport performance settings. Emphasis is placed on the theories of program design and adaptations associated with training. Credits: 3
Prerequisites: AEXS 313 - Physiology of Exercise
AEXS 315 - Physiology of Exercise - Lab Registration Restrictions: Restricted to AEXS / Pre-AT (Exercise Science majors only.)
