ENGL 118 - Introduction to Mythology

This course uses poetry, plays, essays, and films to explore several myths and legends from different cultural traditions. Students use comparative mythology and literary analytic methodologies, and examine mythopoesis through contemporary myths or mythical reinterpretations.
