SWRK 482 - Field Seminar I

This course is taken in conjunction with Field Practicum, which is the link between knowledge gained in the classroom and the practice of social work from an advanced generalist perspective. The Field Seminar meets weekly, and integrates theory, research, policy, and practice into the social work profession. There is an emphasis on professional development, engagement, assessment, intervention planning, interviewing skills, and professional values and ethics.
