WLPL 255 - Becoming Skilled in Wellness and Physical Literacy through Yoga This is an experiential class of yoga practice, meditation, and relaxation. Weekly lectures and activities, assignments, and discussions are included. Students explore physical, spiritual, and emotional wellness through relaxation, stress reduction, and mindfulness techniques for use in everyday life. Credits: 1
Prerequisites: Completion of a 100-level course that satisfies the Wellness and Physical Literacy domain
