PHIL 306 - Normative Ethics


The course is an advanced study of central questions in the field of normative ethics. Normative ethics is the branch of philosophy concerned with the articulation and the justification of the fundamental principles that govern how we should live and what we morally ought to do. The course examines topics including theories of welfare and theories of right action.
