NUSC 490 - Senior Thesis in Nutrition In this course, students will identify a nutrition-related research question and complete a comprehensive review of literature on this topic. This literature review will be used to inform the study design for a proposed research study. Students may elect to pursue IRB approval and conduct their proposed research study for independent study credit in the next semester. All students will present results in either poster or oral format.
