HUSB 308 - Public Finance In this course, students learn how government appropriations fund nonprofit and/or state agencies. Students examine and analyze various types of government expenditures such as public education, health care, social security, income assistance, and unemployment compensation. Students gain understanding as to how government goods and services are applied to support an agency’s ability address a current social problem.
