CJWB 155 - The Criminal Court System

This course examines the structure, functions, and jurisdictions. United States courts, the historical development of the American court system, and judicial decision-making. Emphasis will be placed on the Rules of Court participants, including the courtroom workgroup, jurors, and defendants.
