ATPY 626 - Introduction to Art Therapy Research This course is an overview of art therapy and arts based research. Students engage in a process of understanding research methodology used in the field. This methodology includes: phenomenological evidence based, heuristic, and other qualitative methods unique to the arts. Students will discover how research in art therapy can be designed and implemented. Students will review art therapy research topics and brainstorm areas of interest. This class should be taken in the same semester as RSCH 610.
