ECED 210 - Early Childhood Development The course will focus on the developmental impact of children 0-6 years of age. Discussion will be focused on the historical perspective of child development for infant, toddler and pre-school childrenand its impact on indicators such as physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Emphasis will be on its relationship to the field of human services, the delivery of services and the development of professional providers. The course is the pre-requisite for all courses in the early childhood development concentration.
