AEXS 540 - Sports Nutrition This course focuses on the interrelationship between nutritional practices and human physical performance. Topics covered include the role of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water on performance. In addition, factors affecting body composition and weight control are covered.
Prerequisites & Notes HLTH 261, or permission of the instructor.
