ECED 325 - Ethical and Professional Standards for Early Childhood Educators This course explores ethics in early childhood education based on the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Code of Ethical Conduct. Participants will examine the beliefs that will provide a foundation for the development of a professional approach to ethics, as well as expand the knowledge, skills and attitudes regarding ethical behavior and decisions. Emphasis will be placed on leadership development within the field of early childhood education, especially for infants, toddlers and pre-school children.
