HUSB 117 - Volunteerism and Human Services This course explores the impact of volunteerism on the delivery of human services. Through a study of its historical context, students examine the current applications of volunteerism as an economic human resource and critical support mechanism for delivery of human services. Each student analyzes at least one human service agency and the ways in which volunteers contribute to the effective functioning of the agency.
