HUSB 150 - African-American History Within an historical context, this course examines the impact that the African-American experience has had on social change movements in the United States. Beginning with early slave revolts and ending with more recent political activism, particular emphasis will be placed on the interplay between African-American social change theory and the promise of “The American Dream.”
