CJWB 320 - Survey of American Jurisprudence I This course surveys the U.S. legal system with a particular focus on criminal law and procedures as well as individual rights and liberties. Specific components include an overview of state judicial systems, the doctrines of judicial review and separation of powers, substantive criminal law, criminal procedure and juvenile justice, police and judicial court systems, and individual rights and liberties.
