SHSY 126 - Program Management

This course covers the development and management of YMCA programs. It is concerned with the connections between a YMCA’s mission and goals and the way these goals are demonstrated through programs. Participants will learn the basics of data gathering, analyzing, program design, monitoring and management. They will learn the steps necessary to develop new programs that reflect community needs.
