SPCO 108 - Study Skills

Study skills are primarily information-processing procedures that facilitate the learning, retention, and application of knowledge and skill. Learning how to learn is the focus of the course. Listening, note- taking, managing time, surveying texts, asking useful questions, improving memory, gaining from discussions, utilizing academic resources and preparing for exams are included. This is not a remedial course.
