PEAC 100* - Fitness for Life This course is an introduction to the concepts and practice of basic wellness
and
fitness for life with emphasis on the principles of health-related fitness (cardio-
respiratory endurance, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance,
and
flexibility). The course will consistent of approximately one-third lecture
and two-
thirds activity.
Fulfills General Education Physical Education requirement.
