MOML 669 - Board Development for Nonprofit Organizations

This course will examine the various practical methods for building an effective Board of Directors and ways to utilize that Board to strenghten the operation of the non-profit organization.  Issues such as recruitment of Board members, duties and responsibilities of Board members, and the relationship between the Board and organizational members will be discussed.
