BIOL 621 - Cellular Physiology Laboratory

Students perform laboratory exercises that elucidate the important concepts in cell physiology. They gain experience using current laboratory methods including enzyme assays, protein gel electrophoresis, chroma-tography, and some recombinant DNA techniques. Students must also register for BIOL 620.
