ATRN 610 - Administration and Education in Athletic Training

This course examines the responsibilities of the athletic trainer as an educator and administrator. Concepts of learning theory, learning styles, and instructional strategies are presented. Topics include principles of administration, staffing, and supervision. The evolving role of athletic training in United States healthcare is also discussed.

Prerequisites & Notes
Athletic training major, ATRN 305 and 384.
